The Gravity features an updated flip cosmetic with a yellow and green fade on one side and blue and violet fade on the other. What makes the frame so different is the combination of Graphene 360+ technology and the teardrop shaped head. Once again, the Gravity features a Sweet Zone head shape which places the widest section of the head higher up in the hoop. This design rewards competitive players who attack the ball with decent racquet head speed, and who prefer a softer flex. The racquet features an elliptical cross section which creates a deeper Flex Groove for enhanced feel.
The Gravity MP has a medium-thin 22 millimeter beam and a 16x20 string pattern. The 10.4 ounce unstrung weight makes the MP incredibly fast through the air and easy to swing. The Gravity MP offers intermediate players a nice combo of a large sweet spot and a manageable weight. The Graphene 360+ and Flex Groove ensure the MP is maybe HEAD's most comfortable performance frame. Because of the 16x20 string pattern, both flat hitters and heavy topspinners will enjoy the explosive feel of the Gravity MP.
