Tennis Racquet/ Pickleball Paddle Warranty Information

At ProAm Tennis & Pickleball, we want you to have the best experience with your tennis racquet/pickleball paddle. To ensure your satisfaction and address any concerns you might have, we offer the following warranty guidelines:

Manufacturer's Warranty: Most new tennis racquets and pickleball paddles come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty duration can vary depending on the brand and model of the racquet/paddle. We recommend reviewing the warranty information provided by the manufacturer when you purchase your racquet/paddle.

Tennis Racquet Coverage: Manufacturer warranties typically cover issues such as frame breakage, defects, and other structural problems that may arise during normal use. Warranties generally do not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, improper stringing, or wear and tear.

Pickleball Paddle Coverage: Manufacturer warranties typically cover issues like delamination, cracks, dead spots and other structural defects that may occur during normal use. However, they usually do not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

Proof of Purchase: It's important to retain your purchase receipt as it serves as proof of purchase when making a warranty claim. The receipt will be required to validate your warranty and ensure a smooth process.

  4. If the issue is covered, we will guide you through the process of obtaining a replacement or repair based on the manufacturer's terms. You can also reach out to the manufacturer yourself for more  expedite process.

Tennis Racquet Maintenance and Care: To ensure the longevity of your tennis racquet, it's essential to follow proper care and maintenance guidelines. Regularly inspect your racquet for signs of wear and tear, and avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or conditions that could damage the frame or strings.

Pickleball Paddle Maintenance and Care: To prolong the lifespan of your pickleball paddle, it's crucial to follow proper care and maintenance guidelines.
